Stüssy offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided return authorization form inside the box.
Ship Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
